We also obtain grants of probate and letters of administration in deceased estates and have experience in building and construction disputes for either the builder or the home owner. We also get involved in contract dispute cases and many other areas.
Sam Macedone has been practising law as a solicitor since being admitted as a member of the legal profession of New South Wales in 1970. In this time, he has acquired a well-earned reputation amongst the legal fraternity, his associates and clients.
Sam commenced his practice of law in the Sutherland Shire in Jannali in January 1971. He became a partner of the firm Solari Macedone Christie Willis which thereafter became known as Macedone Christie Willis.
Sam became an accredited specialist in criminal law in 1993, being his particular area of expertise. He has been involved in many leading and high profile cases and has an outstanding record of achievements in his field. Sam has had several papers published and has presented papers at the College of Law, local Law Society gatherings and at seminars for his peers.
Sam also has a predisposition to involve himself in selected complex and interesting commercial litigation matters and has had some solid successes in matters which have called for an experienced warrior to do battle.
Macedone Legal has been in existence since July 2007 and is a boutique law firm specialising in criminal law and commercial litigation.
Sam appears frequently as a legal commentator on Channel Nine’s Today Show, A Current Affair and various radio stations.
